I oppose the State Board of Elections proposed a regulation to make missing or illegible postmarks immaterial. I want the postmark stipulation in the law to be preserved.  There needs to be a PUBLIC HEARING to for all voters to voice our opposition to any last minute Election Law changes in Virginia!
