Require A Legible & Timely Postmark on Absentee Ballot

Changing the rules to allow illegible or missing postmarks on absentee ballots is wrong and opens the door for voter fraud.  Maintain the integrity of our election process with the deadlines and rules in place, instead of fostering opportunities for absentee ballots with illegible or missing postmarks to be counted after the election. The Board of Election has liberally broadened access to voting beyond measure in Virginia. Anyone who wants to vote in Virginia, can get it done properly and safely without a change in the absentee ballot rules.
