Against proposed mail in mailing amendment

I believe the only fair way of voting by mail in voting is by using the absentee ballot method . Since the Democratic control VA legislature and Executive Branch  has approved mail in voting at least thermal in vote should be post marked on or before Nov 3 2020. It does not make sense to have no post mark . I request as a citizen of Virgina a Public Hearing on the proposed  a new regulation to allow 3-day late votes with no proof of postmark (A "missing postmark" is an "immaterial omission"). The Governor Drop Boxes would collect absentee ballots outside the Postal System -- without a postmark. But you still have to drop your ballot in the Box by 7 p.m. on Election Day, right? Wrong. If they change the regulations, ballots received three days late, even without a postmark, will be counted.
