Postmark on ballots

We must continue to require that ALL ballots cast have a postmark to prove it was sent PRIOR to the election day. I disagree with allowing DROP BOXES since they promote fraud and I also want Virginia law to require that any ballot cast MUST be mailed and postmarked prior to election day ex. November 3, 2020 in order for the vote to count. There is no valid reason to try to change this law except that those who want the law changed want to increase fraud. It also complicates things because elections ALWAYS END ON ELECTION DAY! This is total crap that Virginia legislature is attempting to change election laws at the last minute to faciliate fraud.  There also MUST be a meeting held about this since so many people are objecting and it is wrong to attempt to change existing law here. VOTE NO on this!
