Virginia law must be amended to REQUIRE PHOTO IDS for everyone who votes. The changes that were implemented in Virginia by Northam which removed the prior photo id  requirement will now facilitate and INCREASE FRAUD in Virginia elections. The ONLY way to ensure that the person who casts a valid vote is a Virginia Resident and U.S. citizen is by REQUIRING ALL VOTERS to provide a U.S. government issued valid and current id. We need a requirement for a valid and current photo id to vote.
