This voting cycle has enough issues, with people trying to vote during the pandemic.  Some rules must be maintained for honesty, integrity, and citizenship.  The postmark should be included to prove the veracity of the ballots.  Not to do so puts the honesty of this election in jeopardy. Please use the postmarks to count the ballots in a timely fashion and allow Virginia to move the country forward.
