No Legal Authority To Circumvent Election Law

Virginia law clearly states that, in order for a ballot to be counted, it must be postmarked by Election Day and received in the appropriate Office of Elections by noon the following Friday.  Any ballot NOT meeting these two criteria is unacceptable.  Both the postmark and receipt date MUST be honored to preserve even a modicum of election integrity.

Doing away with the postmark requirement allows "voting" to occur after Election Day.  This in turn allows ballots to be cast after the fact for candidates who appear to be losing on Election night by a now-known margin to overcome the vote deficit.  This is a blatant ploy to add another tool to the box of Democrats' Voter Fraud Kit.

Finally, the U.S. Constitution allows ONLY legislatures to determine their states' election laws.  Neither the State Board of Elections nor any political-activist judge has the legal authority to change or circumvent existing Virginia election law.
