It is Virginia law that ballots in Virginia must be postmarked by 7PM on election day. I demand that a public hearing be required before a decision is made by the election board to change that requirement.  Neither the election board or the Governor of Virginia have the authority to circumvent the law and any attempt to do so should result in criminal prosecution.
