If you, The Board of Elections, are worried at all about election integrity, why would you consider removing the requirement for ballots to be returned on time and to show a postmark?  You are opening at the door for fraud.  Our requirements and system of voting has worked for a very long time and your arbitrarily deciding that you want to change it is wrong.  I want the Board to hold a public hearing on this issue and I want the Board to preserve what's left of election integrity and require the absentee ballot return envelopes to be returned on time and with the proper postmark.
