Under no circumstances should  the requirement for a postmark for any ballot be removed.  The potential for fraud in the upcoming election has caused great concern for many citizens, especially after a decision to remove the Voter ID that the people requested repeatedly. I urge  you to keep the postmark requirements at all costs.
