No Postmark required

I fully support this amendment to make a missing or illegible postmark an irrelevant omission. A postmark should not determine if a vote is counted. As long as it is submitted by the proposed cutoff it needs to be counted. Anything else is just an attempt to disenfranchise otherwise eligible voters. Voters should not be disqualified because the post office was unable to print a post mark or print an legible postmark but was still able to deliver the ballot on time.
