Besides the basic constitutional violations of any mask mandate, there are numerous studies  (national and international) demonstrating that masks, including surgical masks do not provide protection against airborne viruses.

Additionally,  the actual numbers of deaths for Covid solely, not those with multiple comorbidities is 9,000-10,000 not 200,000.  This is the common cold, not a pandemic.
