The Board of Elections should not approve the proposed regulation permitting absentee ballots to be delivered to the Office of Elections 2 and 1/2 days AFTER the November 3rd Election Day, with NO PROOF that they had been submitted on or before Election Day! This will contribute to fraud and uncertainty when the American people should not have to endure extra wait because of the State of Virginia. People have plenty of notice to vote and we all deserve to know the ACCURATE results as soon as possible.
