The regulation states, “The initial ISP and the comprehensive ISP shall be developed based on the respective assessment with the participation and informed choice of the individual receiving services.”  For the sake of clarity, we ask that additional amendments to this section indicate that, as providers of DD services are required to utilize the ISP in WAMS, documentation in the DBHDS approved 5 Part Plan meets the criteria set forth in Section D.
