I am writing in support of the proposed regulations. The regulations provide clear guidance for employers, provide for different levels of risk in different workplaces, and protects workers from retaliation. These are very reasonable and important recommendations in the midst of global pandemic. No one wants businesses (especially small businesses) to suffer undue hardship, however, the only way that consumers will feel safe going to stores, restaurants, shops, and more is if there are adequate safety measures in places. These safety measures protect workers and consumers. Please enact these safety regulations.
