If people are concerned about transmission of COVID because of underlying health conditions or a weak immune system, they have the option to stay home, wear masks, and socially distance.  There are MANY Virginians who feel strongly against wearing a mask, and honestly, many are already flat-out disregarding the mandate and refuse to wear them anyway.  After weeks of nationwide protests and riots with many not wearing masks, that horse is already out of the gate.  You can’t seriously expect to enforce a statewide mandatory mask mandate after all that anarchy that was ALLOWED to happen!!!!
