Open businesses, eliminate mask mandate

Businesses are doing an excellent job in providing safe environments for their customers. We have the choice whether to patronize these businesses or stay home and can decide for ourselves what preventive measures to take.  The mask mandate and extended state of emergency go to far in violating our civil rights and personal freedom.  The rules are arbitrary and are not based on any science.  I will wear a mask if requested to do so by a responsible business owner but do not need to be ordered to do so under all situations.  Also the mask mandate is being applied beyond what makes any sense.  Masks are to be a precaution when you cannot social distance, but we are being required to wear them outdoors even when social distancing is perfectly possible.  It is an overreach of governor's powers.  Thank you.
