I support the proposed emergency regulations to protect workers against COVID 19 before the Virginia Health and Safety Board.

The Governor and DOLI are to be commended for their commitment to the workers in the Commonwealth who are most vulnerable and need the safety measures to assure their health.

I know the Health and Safety Board will stand up and promulgate the proposed emergency regulations.
