The VA Dept. of Labor and Industry Safety and Health Codes Board should pass the Emergency Temporary Standard/Emergency Regulation 16 VAC 25-220 on 6/24/2020 without hesitation. Essential workers must have proper PPE and working environment to maintain health and safety.
