The restaurant industry has been decimated. Not only should we not be considering additional regulations we need to open restaurants and businesses further. Healthy people have the right to choose if they want to go out  or not. The rate of infection is low, the death rate is low as well. It is ridiculous to lock down the economy over this very small threat. The most at risk should shelter in place and take precautions, the rest of the population should be free to choose. Most people are ignoring the mask mandate now and the numbers are still decreasing.
