I believe that Virginia's workers need emergency regulations to ensure their safety in the workplace.  Those returning to work first are disproportionally people of color and they are potentially vulnerable to COVID-19 without emergency regulations.  Now is not the time to turn a blind eye to this.  This decision and decisions like it will be forever cemented in our country's history.  Please do the right thing.  Virginia's history is full of examples of choosing the wrong side of history. Let's finally start to be on the right side. Please, please pass these regulations.
