No mask laws

I do not want laws that require cotton face masks. There have been no rigorous scientific studies that showed effectiveness against specifically Covid. Any studies that have been done, when reviewed, have flaws in their methodology.  The covid virus is so small that it can only be seen by an electron microscope. The cotton fabric has holes bigger than the virus. In observational studies done in the community, about 20% of masks are worn under the nose, making then ineffective. During a 10 min observation of a group of mask wearers, about 50% touched, adjusted, or pulled down their mask to speak on the phone. A study should be done that cultures the masks and phones of mask wearers at the end of the day. My prediction is that masks will spread e.coli, methicillin-resistant staph, and several viruses.  This could increase contact spread of infection.
