For consumer directed personal care, it could be many locations, and is essentially following a persons movements throughout their community. (If GPS type monitoring is used). I would be ok if the caregiver reported something more generic like ‘community’ or ‘home’ or ‘medical appointment ‘. GPS isn't required. If the person logging in doesn't go through extraordinary measures the device still logs all locations it is taken. This is an invasion of privacy . EVV is wrong
