Home Care Workers need a simpler EVV and one that works without bugs.  Home Care Workers are more likely to give more time to their clients without pay and less likely to short change the Medicaid system. They are unusally moral, compassionate people who love to care for elderly and disabled people, the most vulnerable in the population. I wish this was the mindset of DMAS and the Medicaid government division in looking at them.
