With the October 2019 data breach at DBHDS and the November 2019 data breach at CMS/Medicare, the concern over the nation's most vulnerable's habits/addresses/phone/community access info. being compromised has intensified.  No one being forced to comply with EVV (and GPS)has been informed how their locations being recorded twice a day or more is stored/protected.  There are already at least four in-house agencies and at least four third parties accessing this information daily which greatly increases vulnerability.  This is GPS locating of the person with disabilities and their caregiver on a daily basis in their homes and in their community.  This is valuable information to marketers, hackers, etc...  Please inform those being forced to use EVV (and GPS) how secure everyone's information is and what the recourse is if there are damages.
