When using the new EVV system, after one update by the payroll system, the hours put in by the attendant went from 8 hours to 5 minutes.  Who has time to deal with all these problems?  It should not be the EOR or the attendant having to deal with these problems. This is hours having to work to correct the payroll fallout from evv.  This will never be a simple clock in and out procedure.  Why include live-ins in this convoluted mine field just to get paid when the federal government does not require it for live ins and live ins work more than hours given anyway?  The old system worked and was not a road block to being paid.
