My PCA has had his time go from good to pay back to a pending status while verifying eligibility.  I have gone back to see my budget summary and the authorizations have not changed.  What gives?  I swear this evv app. is getting really, really old and, quite frankly, is bordering on illegal.  If he does not get paid this week he is going to quit.
