I’m not at all looking forward to this aspect of the job with EVV.  I may not keep the job over it. The DBHDS data breach was bad enough but making something stressful and frustrating on top of an already stressful and difficult job makes everything so much worse.

The children and adults who count on our assistance need us to be fully there for them-not distracted, worn out, and paranoid because of user-unfriendly interfaces and non secure apps and websites (on top of super low pay and no benefit)
