Please find a better way. These workers are underpaid and it makes it so difficult for their primary caregivers to find any respite. Learning about this app system has increased my knowledge of the difficulties placed on those that help and those that need assistance. I hope our new delegates can make improvements on this issue swiftly.  EVV is a nightmare. Thank you.
