With a business like trucking, GPS tracking makes sense because there are certain destinations where the truck is supposed to be at certain times.  But, people with disabilities are free individuals and should not be expected to be any particular place at any particular time.  The system is treating us like we are expected to be at home or in a limited range of locations, which violates our freedom of movement, a basic civil right.  We also should not be forced to divulge any location we are at any particular time of day at all, ever.
