It is very difficult to care and meet the needs of individuals with disabilities and maintain the EVV system.  Most of our individuals require one on one specialty care in which they should be monitored and not left alone. It’s often a matter of observation, prompting, de-escalating, solving problems, caring and reacting at a moments notice. The requirements of the EVV system take away from individual care. Please consider discontinuing the use of the EVV system for live in caregivers. Thank you for
