On March 14, 2020, Gov. Ralph Northam stated, "The health of Virginians continues to be my absolute top priority."

Governor, as part of that priority, it has been advised that large group gatherings are to be avoided. This is impossible in group homes, nursing homes, hospitals, etc....  For Covid-19 and future pandemics, it might be a good idea to preserve the inherent health safety in home care/family care by removing barriers such as EVV to this type of care.  You can start by exempting live ins.  Then, move forward with bolstering and supporting this valuable community asset: the family caregiver.
