So many agencies cannot get RN's to do oasis or admit patients into homecare.  Nurses are running away from EVV even when agencies up their pay.  Half of the time is spent driving between patients and they still expect you to take so many minutes per visit.  It's a big mess.  So many people with agencies are putting them up for sale.
