The fourth Person Centered Principle promoted by DBHDS is "Talents and Contributions: The experience, talents, and contributions of individuals, families, and communities are strengthened and supported."

If individuals' and families' experience is supported by DBHDS, where was DBHDS when individuals and families stated EVV was a burden (amongst many other issues with EVV)?  They certainly were not supporting the individuals and families that let it be known through every form of media possible, reaching every person possible, and with every reason possible that EVV was not wanted or needed.
