most like 27 are from nursing homes. This is why many people do all they can do to keep their loved ones out of nursing homes. Consumer directed services was one very good low cost way that kept people out of nursing homes. DMAS is essentially eliminating consumer directed services by the way DMAS is implanting EVV. So DMAS is causing more people to be placed in nursing home.
