I did have one.  Magically it always uses a lot of data even when it is off.  I don't see the point of spending $100 for a phone a month.  

EVV is a massive burden.  Even the free Medicaid phones all the data would be gone before the month is over.  So DMAS wants us to buy a product or a service.
