My issue is if attendants don't clock in/out on the dot, then the last attendant scheduled is not going to get their full paycheck.  When you are giving care it's kind of hard (even with an alarm set on your phone) to clock in/out on the dot, so you will always need to adjust the time to make sure all the attendants get their full pay.
