Looking for someone who has had this problem or knows a solution. Have been contacted by IRS and VA Employment Commission that I owe taxes and report for third quarter. I am EOR for my son's CCC plus waiver. CDCN has always paid my son's caretakers, filed reports, been the fiscal agent and sent W2 to all caretakers. I have never paid, filed reports, paid taxes etc etc for 5years my son has been on this waiver. Contacted CDCN and they tell me because I am EOR that filing reports and paying taxes is my responsibility even though they paid and reported first, second and fourth quarter. Contacted DMAS they say my responsibility to fix problem with CDCN. CDCN screwed up somewhere but won't even admit it let alone talk about fixing. Need help to fix because IRS wants what is due them!
