The APP isnt working today. We have the same issue. It put all of the time from today under respite. They told my attendant to delete and reinstall the app which caused an even bigger problem. Now when she enters her credentials it says that the app is registered to another device and won't let her log back in ?? Please stop wasting our time with EVV. It is hurting the clients.
