Anyone else doing IVR/Telephony? Occasionally it doesn't clock out when he calls and the next day when he tries to clock in it clocks out. Then they have to call in again to clock in and the out time has to get fixed in the portal. Sometimes it pops up with the excuse list but sometimes it just lets us fix it without flagging it. Please exempt live ins from this mess.
