anybody including pictures of the app not working? I’m planning on sending emails but wanted to see if anybody sending pictures? I have pictures, dates, times and all the screenshots and wondered if anybody was doing the same? it happens so often.  I worry they will put my son in a nursing home because their app doesn't work.
