Same happened on our end today Celltrak not working again today. That screen did not show up to select attendant or respite care; it just starting counting the minutes on the shift. It showed it was on respite at clock out. We have emailed CDCN to address the issue even though they are closed. This is definitely a problem. It gave no option to select either, and on the Online Portal for the attendant and the EOR show the hours recorded for the day are as Respite. Which was incorrect. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be welcome to hear them. I wish DMAS would understand people making 19K a year can get a job anywhere. they aren't going to keep one where some app keeps cutting their time.
