I am so disappointed and frustrated in this new system. so many issues to fix impossible to clock in and out to the minute (our children/adult don't function on a clock) paycheck always wrong too with no way to adjust but my main issue is I have to use my cell phone and I am been charged roaming from Verizon because of overage. I have to travel a lot to appointments and no internet and some places no connection and definitely should not have to have this addition expense. please find a more effective way for us to report our hours this is so stressful on all involved but the saving grace is my facilitator. but her hands are tied and can never get through to payroll to get answers and help her clients!
