EVV is a burden to Live In Attendants, most of them parents of Consumers. WE NEVER LEAVE and are on call 24/7 in the home even off the EVV Cell Trak App. It's very difficult and a burden, especially when the App isn't working and reps at CDCN can not fix issues in a timely manner. After a month locked out of the Cell Trak app and hours of phone calls with five different CDCN Reps, finally someone found that CDCN had my name misspelled in the system. I was given the run around for a month. Lost time and wages. If it had been for an outside Attendant, due to CDCN and Cell Trak, that person would have quit the job and possibly filed suit. This EVV mandate for CD Services is a burden in trying to find and hire Attendants because of tracking and GPS, wifi issues, lost pay due to multiple App errors. CDCN is inept in resolving APP issues. DMAS needs to advocate for people with disabilities who they must serve. There is a huge caregiver crisis in the state and country. We want to keep our loved ones at home where they are loved.
