Providing for 30 days notice before discharge... if a participant fails to pay for care for 30 days, must they be given another 30 days before being discharged if they continue to not pay or have a plan negotiated to pay?

Recommendation: Revise language to provide for financial issues, so the adult day center is not burdened with providing free care.
