Generators & Urination

1) As far as generators, it would certainly seem the logical thing to do would be to limit the amount of time you can run the generators, perhaps 2 hrs in the morning and 2 in the evening.  There is NO way the state can provde electric  to every campground site and if you can't provide electricity then the campers should be able to use their generator. A lot of RV's today have residential refrigerators in them and need to be able to charge the batteries.  There are also numerous medical issues that require electric.

2)Urination, I certainly don't think anyone should be going in the campground or in public.  But if you are out walking or hiking on a trail, ANYONE could have the urge to have to go and not be able to make it back to a bathroom.  You said you could go 200ft off the trail but that is not always possible and you don't have to be that far off the trail to be out of sight.  BUT TO BE CHARGED AS A SEX OFFENDER  IS ABSURB!!  You could easily ruin a person's life with a charge like that.

Apparently the people that are writing these laws and passing them have never been camping and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
