The changes proposed are vast and broad and have a much larger impact than planned. This would impact small businesses and families that depend on their services, along with of course increased costs for all. It is not a well thought out plan and should not be implemented. As a mom of two I of course want what is best for my children, but this overall has a negative impact on their well being. Thank you.
