The sooner we reduce carbon emissions in Virginia the better it is for our air quality. Virginia has the opportunity to be a leader in clean energy generation but our government is wasting the opportunity by pandering to Dominion Energy's desire to push fossil fuels. It's far past time to move forward with 21st century energy solutions instead of staying mired in 20th century technology.
