As a Virginia resident and pet owner, and not a veterinary professional, I strongly support this amendment. Simply making a task specific only to licensed technicians without enough of a supply of technicians will raise the cost of care to clients like myself.  Supply and demand states that if a price increases then demand will decrease. Veterinary care is, in reality, as well as perceived as high enough already that I feel an even greater increase would hurt the industry further. This appears to simply be a turf war that is detrimental to the provision of veterinary services to The Commonwealth.
