Someone with no training what so ever should not be placing iv catheters. Taking an online class is not training at all. You need that hands on experience to know what it looks like, the feel & understanding. My pet not for training purposes for an untrained, enexperienced, uneducated person to practice on. They need to go to school learn the correct way to do procedures like a lot of us.
